a $30 deposit is required upon booking your appointment. this deposit is refundable until 48hrs before your scheduled appointment. if you would like to reschedule or cancel within those 48hrs, your deposit will be kept and a new one is required to rebook.
late policy
please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. once you arrive, text me and i will come let you in! please don’t knock or else my dog will bark:) i have a 15 min grace period, if you arrive after 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
cancellation policy
if you would like to reschedule or cancel before 48hrs, your deposit can be transferred to a different available slot through the booking section of my website. if you would like to reschedule or cancel within 48hrs of your appointment, your deposit will be kept and a new one is required to rebook. if you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment, you are required to pay the remaining total on top of the deposit before booking with me again.
art policy
i love when my clients come with ideas they want me to execute, first i suggest looking through my inspo highlights, instagram posts, or portfolio to see my style! that way you can decide if you think i’m the nail artist for you before booking. if you want me to design a set, please give at least a week's notice so i have time to come up with something.
removal policy
new clients, make sure to come with clean, bare nails since i don’t remove other tech’s work.
food & drink policy
water bottles are encouraged, food is allowed! i just ask you don’t bring anything super messy or finger food since your nails aren’t fully dry until the very end of the appointment.
client etiquette
I don’t mind when clients use their phones, take calls, work, listen to zoom call, study flashcards, etc. as long as your work doesn’t interfere with mine then it’s no problem at all! if you’re coming for a longer set involving complex art, feel free to bring your ipad and download a show to watch!
i ask my clients to sit straight on facing me, with arms positioned on the arm rest, or with your elbow resting on the table. from your wrist to your fingertips must be fully relaxed in order for me to be able to work on your nails.
